Does one have to do Qadaa of all salaat before Hajj?

I have a friend who has a few years of qada salat outstanding, and he will like to go to Hajj this coming year.

Is there anywhere in any mazhab, that says you will have to complete all your qada salat before going to Hajj and will your Hajj be accepted?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

It is not required for one to complete all his qada salats in order for his hajj to be valid. One’s hajj will be valid even if he did not complete all his qada salats. That said, one should try to complete his qada salats as soon as possible as there is no guarantee to one’s life.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best
