Question:
I have never shaved my beard but trimming it less than one fist length. My beard is Grows unequally on both sides, during same duration of time it grows longer on right side than on left side. I am making intention of keeping sunnah beard but due to unequal growth I end up trimming it much less than one fist length. My question is can I shave it twice or thrice with intention to have equal growth on both sides and then have sunnah beard InshaALLAH.
Your advice is highly appreciated.
Regards and respects.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Masha’allah. May Allah Ta’ala accept your eagerness to have a sunnah beard.
The answer to your question is that it is not permissible for you to shave your beard with the intention of having equal growth on both sides. It is also not permissible to trim the beard shorter than one fist in size. Yes, if any part of your beard grows longer than a fist, then you may trim it to make it one fist.
